We are delighted that The Sunday Times Schools Guide has once again ranked Ipswich School among the top ten independent schools in the region, and among the top 160 in the country.
Our pupils at Ipswich School have worked incredibly hard throughout the pandemic to achieve these results, and should be extremely happy with the way they have handled everything that has come their way - online learning, assessment revisions, and adjustments to what has been expected of them. Our teachers at Ipswich School have also provided a excellent and comprehensive education to our students during this difficult period, ensuring that they are well-prepared for the next step of their journey.
We are a popular choice in East Anglia, and while our high academic results help, we recognise that it is our outstanding co-curricular offering and the care we show for all members of our community that makes us a destination school.
Ipswich School has also been named the top independent school in Suffolk for the sixth year in a row, according to Power Schools Guide, where exam ratings for A Level and GCSE exams, based on a three-year average of externally assessed results from 2017 to 2019.
We are incredibly proud of every achievement in what has been a very difficult 18 months.
