On Saturday, the Class of 2016 gathered at the School to reminisce and catch-up 10 years after leaving Ipswich School. With a few babies in tow, and a few teachers joining, we had around 40 OIs in attendance to reunite with their former classmates. The atmosphere in the New Dining Hall was amazing as everyone caught up over drinks and a buffet lunch.

We managed to catch-up with 2016's Head Boy, Cameron Lyle (OI 2009-16) and asked him a few questions about his time at Ipswich School.

1) What A-levels did you do at Ipswich School?
Maths, Economics and Russian

2) What did you do immediately after Ipswich School?
Attended the University of Durham to study Economics

3) What are you doing now?
Working as an economist

4) What is your stand-out best memory from School?
The National Hockey Finals

5) Who was your favourite Teacher?
Mr Wilson

6) What was your favourite School dinner?
Panini's

Thanks Cam! Look out for more features on Former Heads of School coming soon.

After lunch, we headed out for a tour of the School, heading to the Chapel, Sixth Form Centre, Great School and the Library - as well as a few classrooms.  Lots of stories were recounted as we made our way around the grounds. Overall, a great time was had by all in attendance and it was a fabulous event.
