The A Level Art Show competition by the Arts Society features 15 works of art produced by sixth form students which have been nominated by Arts Societies from across the country. With more than 100 entries, two OIs were chosen for this online exhibition, Archie Reynolds (OI 2018-23) with his vibrant piece of ‘Masculinity in Bloom’ and Isabel Montgomery (OI 2016-23) with her intriguing work entitled ‘Obscurity’.

The standard of artworks which included paintings, ceramic, photography, and sculpture was very high and the panel had an extremely difficult task when it came to short-listing the entries.

You are encouraged to visit the exhibition online and to vote for your favourite artwork which is featured on the Art Society’s website: https://theartssociety.org/art-gallery The public will choose the winner who will win £500; you have until the 29th February to cast your vote.

Congratulations to OIs Isabel and Archie for reaching the final and good luck!
