Tosier Chocolate creates award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate made from fully traceable single origin cocoa beans.

Deanna Tilston and her team will talk through what it takes to transform roasted cocoa beans into chocolate.

95% of all chocolate we eat is in actual fact confectionary and here you’ll have an opportunity to taste real chocolate made from only three ingredients as well as a range of chocolate covered nuts*, fruits and their ‘Freddy Rocks’ - hand rolled hazelnut* Bon-bons.

The experience is much closer to a wine or spirit tasting where you are experiencing the flavour notes of the chocolate - of which there are over 600!

During the tasting session, Tosier Chocolate will share their tips on getting the most from tasting chocolate and you will have the opportunity to explore their range of single origin bars together with their range of chocolates and dragées.

The evening will finish with a delicious hot chocolate.

The drinks bar will be open during the evening and chocolates made by Tosier will be available to purchase should you want to top up!

* Tosier Chocolate is vegan, dairy and additive free but may contain nuts.
