Players

Spectators
Please bring your own chairs and rugs 
Drinks will be available to purchase from the Ipswich School bar tent
Burgers, hot dogs and ice creams can be purchased from the Ipswich School catering tent
Toilet facilities will be available in the Pavilion

Access and Parking
Access will be via the car park gates on Henley Road, (there will be a parking attendant). If the car park is full please park on the surrounding streets

Photography and Video
There will be a photographer present to take those all important photographs. We will use them on social media, on our website, in emails and possibly in printed publications. We may take video footage which will be used as short films on social media. If you don't want your photograph taken or appear on film and shared please advise us when you book.

Disabled Access
If any of your party has a disability that may affect their access to the toilet facilities please advise the organisers prior to the event via email development@ipswich.school
