We are delighted to invite you to Ipswich School for our flagship event - the OI Ipswich Dinner which will be hosted by Old Ipswichian President, Ray East

Our guest speaker will be Harry Martin (OI 1996-11), Field Hockey Player

We hope you will join us; spouses and partners are also welcome.

The evening will begin with a sparkling drinks reception featuring musicians from Ipswich School, followed by a three course meal, closing with speeches from OI President Ray East and Harry Martin

Ticket Prices:

Benefactor - £70.00 per person (we hope that you will consider paying a premium price to attend this dinner. All extra money raised will go towards defraying the cost of supporting our younger OIs)
Standard - £50.00 per person
First Five Years Out - £30.00 per person (leavers in 2020 or later)

Tomato and basil soup - served with bread and butter (VE, GF version available)

Prawn cocktail - prawns drizzled with thick marie-rose served on fresh leaves with fresh lemon and
cucumber (DF and GF)
or
Chicken Satay - juicy chicken on a skewer smothered in satay sauce served on a herby salad
or
Pea and Mint Risotto- served with fresh parmesan (GF / DF / Vegan version available)

Main course:
Roast Turkey crown - with a sausage meat stuffing, roast potatoes, root vegetable parcel and Brussel sprouts,
turkey jus and a Yorkshire pudding (GF version available)
or
Roasted Sirloin of beef - served medium with roast potatoes, vegetable parcel of carrot, parsnip and green
beans wrapped in bacon, butternut squash puree, beef jus and Yorkshire pudding (GF version available)
or
Salmon-en-croute wrapped in puff pastry served with crushed potatoes and a green vegetable parcel drizzled
with a Creamy white wine sauce (DF / GF version available)
or
Ratatouille vegetable lasagna served with green salad and cheesy garlic bread (GF, Vegan version available)

To finish:
Christmas Pudding served with brandy sauce (GF, Vegan version available)

Apple crumble topped with lashings of custard
