We will have a photographer present. Images taken on the day will be shared on social media, included on our website and in emails. We may also include photographs in future printed publications. If you do not want your photograph taken please let the photographer know when you arrive at the event. It is possible we will record short films for future use. If you don't want to be filmed please let us know when you arrive and book in at the event.
